Guest inquiries, texts for your website and portals, multilingual and in your own tone.
Administration
Prepare letters, summaries and minutes with data protection and responsibilities in mind.
Why now
Since 2 February 2025: AI literacy in your team
Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires providers and deployers of AI systems to take measures to ensure, to their best extent, a sufficient level of AI literacy of their staff. The obligation has applied since 2 February 2025. A business that uses ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude is usually a deployer within the meaning of the regulation.
How much literacy is sufficient depends on the task, prior knowledge and the way AI is used. Training is a sensible way to meet this in a documented manner. This is not legal advice; for your individual case please consult a legal professional.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about AI training
Do we need prior knowledge?
No. We start where your team stands. Someone who has never opened an AI tool is as welcome as someone who has already tried. We clarify the starting point in the short call.
How large can the group be?
Small groups work best for real tasks. We discuss a sensible size in the first conversation. Larger teams can be split across several sessions if needed.
On site or online?
Both are possible. On site I come to you in Carinthia, online we work by video call. Half day or full day depends on your team and topics.
Which tools are covered?
Mainly ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Claude. Which tool is the focus depends on what your business already uses or is allowed to use.
What does training cost?
There is no flat rate. Costs depend on scope: group size, duration, location and topics. We clarify them in the first conversation, before you commit to anything.
Do we get confirmation of attendance?
Yes. On request you receive written confirmation of attendance and content. It helps document the training in your business. It is not an official certificate.
