I measure anonymously which pages are read, with Google Analytics. Without your consent this does not happen, and the site works just the same.

What is measured

An online shop that sells

A shop with a catalogue, payment and shipping, built on a proven system instead of from scratch.

from €3,900 + €89 per month

Delivery time: 5 to 8 weeks

Minimum term: 12 months

What you get

A shop in which your range, your payment methods and your shipping rules are set up, not an empty template with sample products. It is built on an established shop system, because payment, tax and the right of withdrawal need parts that have been proven in the field. Your presence takes shape inside it: your own design, your own categories, your own checkout. Before launch a real test purchase runs through the payment provider.

Who this pays off for

For businesses that already sell and want to be rid of the ordering route that runs through phone calls, emails and paper notes. A shop pays for itself through the data entry it saves, not through the hope of new customers. Anyone with fewer than around twenty orders a month is usually better served by a company website with an inquiry form, and I say so before the quote. How your existing presence stands technically is told to you beforehand by the website check.

What it costs

From €3,900 for the starter with up to 50 products, €4,700 with variants, vouchers and export, €5,900 with a connection to your inventory system and a second language. All amounts are net and one-off. On top comes maintenance from €89 per month with a minimum term of twelve months, because a shop handling payments is not an installation that may sit untouched for a year.

How it runs

In four steps. First comes the record of what you sell and how it reaches the customer: the range, the variants, the shipping zones, the payment methods. Then the shop is built with your catalogue. In the third step test orders run through every payment method and your legal texts go where they belong. Finally the shop and its access details pass to you, with training for products and orders.

What is not included

The legal texts themselves and your product content. Terms and a withdrawal notice for selling to consumers belong with a lawyer; I build them in and implement the mandatory details in the checkout. Product photos and product copy come from you. Payment provider fees, licenses for paid extensions and the tax assessment of distance selling thresholds are not included either.

Data protection

A shop processes names, addresses and order data, so more than a website does. That is why the order includes a data processing agreement under Art 28 GDPR, a record of the services in use and a clear statement of where payment data is processed: at the payment provider, not in your shop. Access details live in a password store, not in emails.

Contract terms at a glance

  • A down payment of 40 percent is due when the order is placed, for orders of €2,000 and above.
  • Invoices fall due without deduction within 14 days of the invoice date.
  • Monthly fees run for at least twelve months and can then be cancelled with one month notice to the end of a month.
  • The rights to the result, source code included, pass to you upon payment in full.
  • Additional work outside the agreed scope comes as a separate written fixed-price offer, never as billing by time.
  • Ongoing costs apply only if you add maintenance; hosting on Cloudflare typically costs under €5 per month, the domain around €15 per year.

All of it is set out in the Terms.

No VAT is charged, small business exemption under § 6 Abs 1 Z 27 UStG (Austrian VAT Act). Estimates are non-binding (§ 1170a Abs 2 ABGB, Austrian Civil Code).

Fits these industries

  • Websites and shops for retail

The shop on the street and the shop online from one source: opening hours that match everywhere, collection in store, and a range you can maintain without a developer.

Frequently asked questions

Why do you not build the shop from scratch?

Because payment, tax, shipping and the right of withdrawal need parts that have been proven in the field. I build on an established shop system and put your catalogue, your processes and your look inside it. Building from scratch only pays off when a process is so unusual that no system covers it.

What does it cost to run?

From €89 per month for hosting, updates, backup and monitoring, with a minimum term of twelve months. On top of that come your payment provider fees, usually one to two percent per payment, and licenses for the extensions you genuinely need.

Do I need my own legal texts for the shop?

Yes. Anyone selling to consumers needs terms, a withdrawal notice and a privacy policy that matches the shop. A lawyer writes those, not me. I build the texts in and implement the mandatory details in the checkout.

Can you take over an existing shop?

Yes, in the Business package including the migration and the redirects, so the old addresses do not run into nothing. Beforehand I look at the system, the extensions and the data export and tell you whether migrating or rebuilding comes out cheaper. That takeover review costs nothing.

How many products make a shop worthwhile?

The number of orders decides more than the number of products. From around twenty orders a month a shop saves more time than it costs. Below that a company website with an inquiry form is often the more honest route, and I say so before the quote.

Does this fit your plans?

Write a few lines about what it is about. Within one working day you get an assessment with a price range and a duration, not just a promise to call back.
