What an agent system is
Several AI agents that work a process in steps and put their results into a database. One agent reads an incoming document, a second checks it against your master data, a third prepares the reply, and at the point where it gets expensive or legally sensitive the system stops and puts the case in front of a person. Every step lands in the log.
Who this pays off for
For businesses with a process that produces many similar cases by hand. Checking quotes, incoming invoices, inquiries with attachments, keeping data in step between two systems. If a case comes up often enough to create work, and follows rules closely enough to be written down, the system is the right place for it. One-off cases are not.
What it costs
From €4,900 one-off plus €149 per month to run it. The Business package with several processes comes to €8,900 plus €290 per month, a custom build on your own infrastructure from €16,000. All amounts are net. The model costs sit inside the monthly flat rate and are capped by the cost brake.
How it runs
In four steps over five to ten weeks, with supervised parallel operation at the end. First we record the process and settle where the system decides and where a person does. After that the data model and the logging get built: the memory sits in the database, not in a model’s context window. Then the agents are tested against real cases before they run alongside.
What it cannot do
It does not replace your judgment. An agent system makes no decisions at points where a mistake costs money or law. There it prepares. It also does not deliver a promised hit rate in advance: that becomes measurable in a serious way only in parallel operation on your real cases. Processes made up entirely of one-off cases are the wrong place for agents.
Data protection
Before the contract it is settled which model is used and where processing happens. There is a data processing agreement under Art 28 GDPR, and your data is not used to train anyone else’s models. In the custom build package the whole system runs on your infrastructure or on models inside the EU. The log records who approved what and when.

Contract terms at a glance
- A down payment of 40 percent is due when the order is placed, for orders of €2,000 and above.
- Invoices fall due without deduction within 14 days of the invoice date.
- Monthly fees run for at least twelve months and can then be cancelled with one month notice to the end of a month.
- The rights to the result, source code included, pass to you upon payment in full.
- Additional work outside the agreed scope comes as a separate written fixed-price offer, never as billing by time.
- Ongoing costs apply only if you add maintenance; hosting on Cloudflare typically costs under €5 per month, the domain around €15 per year.

No VAT is charged, small business exemption under § 6 Abs 1 Z 27 UStG (Austrian VAT Act). Estimates are non-binding (§ 1170a Abs 2 ABGB, Austrian Civil Code).

What is the difference between an agent system and an AI assistant?
The assistant answers, the agent system works. An assistant answers questions from your content, from €2,900. An agent system carries out several steps, writes results into a database and hands over to people wherever an approval is needed.
Does the system make decisions on its own?
Only where you allow it to. Every approval point is named in the concept. At legally or financially sensitive points a person decides. The system prepares and logs.
How are the running costs kept down?
Through a cost brake per case and per day. When a limit is reached, the system stops and reports instead of carrying on. On top of that there is an emergency switch that halts everything at once.
What if an agent produces nonsense?
Every step sits in the log and can be read back. Faulty cases can be traced and repeated one by one. Before it goes live, the system runs for one to two weeks alongside the existing way of working.
Does the data stay in the EU?
In the custom build package entirely, in the other packages it depends on the chosen model. Which provider is used and where processing happens is settled before the contract and written into the data processing agreement.
