Maintenance for your website
Updates, backup and uptime as a monthly flat rate, with a response time of one working day.
from €49 per month
Delivery time: Start within a week
Minimum term: 12 months
What the maintenance covers
Everything that has to keep happening after the site goes live. Hosting including the TLS certificate, updates of the system and its dependencies, a daily backup off the server and monitoring that raises the alarm before you notice the outage. On top of that comes a fixed contact person: your request goes to a person, not into a ticket system.
Who this pays off for
For everyone who does not want to or cannot maintain their website themselves. Especially for businesses on WordPress: there, a skipped security update is the most common route to a hijacked server. For custom-built sites without a content management system the maintenance is not a must, but it keeps an eye on uptime and keeps the legal texts current. Before the takeover review the website check gives you a first technical impression right away.
What it costs
From €49 per month, all amounts net. Basic costs €49, Managed with one hour of changes and a monthly report €89, Partner with three hours and a four-hour response time €190. Every package runs for at least twelve months and can then be cancelled with one month notice to the end of a month. There is no setup fee.
How the takeover runs
In three steps, starting within a week. First I take stock: hosting, access details, version level and the question of whether backups exist at all. Then I take over operation, set up the backup off the server and switch on the monitoring. From there operation runs monthly, with a report depending on the package.
What is not included
Rebuilds and on-call duty. New pages or features go beyond the included hours and are agreed separately. I say what they will take beforehand. Third-party licenses I pass on at cost price. On-call duty outside working days I do not offer as a sole trader; if your business needs it, I say so openly.
Data protection
For the maintenance there is a data processing agreement under Art 28 GDPR, because I have access to your systems. Backups sit encrypted on infrastructure inside the EU. Access details live in a password store, not in emails. On cancellation you get all data and access details back, and my copies are deleted after the handover.

Frequently asked questions
What does maintenance really cost?
€49 per month in the Basic package, €89 with one hour of changes and a report, €190 in the Partner package with three hours. All amounts net. Under § 7 of the terms every flat rate runs for at least twelve months and can then be cancelled with one month notice to the end of a month.
How fast do you respond?
Within one working day in Basic and Managed, within four hours on working days in the Partner package. In a full outage I get in touch as soon as the monitoring goes off, even if you have not noticed it yet.
Do you also look after websites someone else built?
Yes, if the site is technically sound. In the takeover review I look at the version, the dependencies and the backup situation free of charge and tell you whether taking it over makes sense or a rebuild comes out cheaper.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You get everything: source code, database export, backups and access details. There is no tie to my hosting. After the first twelve months the notice period is one month to the end of a month.
Is one hour of changes per month realistic?
For copy changes, new references or swapped prices, yes. Those are usually minutes. For a new page or a new feature, no; work like that comes as a separate fixed-price offer whose amount is settled before you approve it.
Does this fit your plans?
Write a few lines about what it is about. Within one working day you get an assessment with a price range and a duration, not just a promise to call back.
