What an AI assistant on your website does
It answers the questions that would otherwise come in by phone, out of your own documents. The assistant reads your website, your price lists, service descriptions and internal notes, and answers from those. Under every answer it says which document the answer came from. What is not in your documents it does not answer, it passes the question on to your contact form.
Who this pays off for
For businesses where the same ten questions come in fresh every week. Hotels and guest houses with questions about arrival, parking and dogs. Law firms and medical practices with questions about appointments, documents and procedure. Trade businesses with questions about service area, waiting time and price range. What it costs
From €2,900 one-off and €79 per month to run it. The Business package with a system connection and two languages comes to €4,400 plus €149 per month, a custom build from €6,900. All amounts are net. The monthly flat rate runs for at least twelve months and can then be cancelled with one month notice to the end of a month. There is no tie to an agency.
How the work runs
In four steps over three to four weeks. First I review your content and put together the question catalog with you. Usually a two-hour appointment is enough for that. Then I build the knowledge base and set the tone and the answering behavior. In the test run you ask the assistant your real questions and we sharpen the answers. Last comes the build into the website together with the handover.
What it cannot do
It replaces no expert advice and no person. Legal, medical or tax assessments do not belong in an assistant, and it does not give them. It does not know processes that exist only in people’s heads, and it does not negotiate prices. Anything that needs a decision it passes on to you. That is deliberate, not a limitation.
Data protection
The inputs run through a processor with an agreement under Art 28 GDPR and are not used to train anyone else’s models. The service in use is named in your privacy policy, together with the legal basis and the retention period. On request, in the custom build package the assistant runs entirely on infrastructure inside the EU.

Contract terms at a glance
- A down payment of 40 percent is due when the order is placed, for orders of €2,000 and above.
- Invoices fall due without deduction within 14 days of the invoice date.
- Monthly fees run for at least twelve months and can then be cancelled with one month notice to the end of a month.
- The rights to the result, source code included, pass to you upon payment in full.
- Additional work outside the agreed scope comes as a separate written fixed-price offer, never as billing by time.
- Ongoing costs apply only if you add maintenance; hosting on Cloudflare typically costs under €5 per month, the domain around €15 per year.

No VAT is charged, small business exemption under § 6 Abs 1 Z 27 UStG (Austrian VAT Act). Estimates are non-binding (§ 1170a Abs 2 ABGB, Austrian Civil Code).

Is this ChatGPT on my website?
No. The assistant answers only from your content and names the source alongside. Questions your documents do not cover it passes on to the contact form instead of making something up.

For most businesses once a quarter is enough. If prices or opening hours change more often, the update runs along automatically from your website.
What if the assistant answers wrongly?
Every answer carries its source, so a mistake can be traced. The monthly report lists the questions that did not get a good answer. The knowledge base grows out of that.
