What you get
A website that is built, not clicked together. Every page is written as its own code, without a purchased theme and without a page builder. The result loads in under 2.5 seconds on a mobile connection, works without a cookie banner and carries the Austrian mandatory disclosures from the start. The rights to the source code pass to you on payment in full. There is no technical tie to me.

How it runs
In four steps, with one approval after the home page draft. After the first conversation, the page structure is set down in writing. Then you see the home page as a finished, clickable page, not as a picture but in the browser. Only after your approval do the remaining pages get built. At the end I measure load time and accessibility, correct what needs correcting and hand over.
What is not included
Photos and finished specialist copy. Stock photos do not go on your site; if there are no photos of your own, the page carries typography and numbers instead of images. The factual statements, meaning prices, services and references, come from you and I put them into shape. Ongoing upkeep is also not included and is agreed separately.
Data protection
The site works without a cookie banner as long as you do not want Google Analytics. Measurement runs cookieless through Cloudflare Web Analytics, without recognizing anyone across sessions. Fonts sit on your own server, so no request goes out to Google Fonts. Form data lands in your own database, not with a form service.

Contract terms at a glance
- A down payment of 40 percent is due when the order is placed, for orders of €2,000 and above.
- Invoices fall due without deduction within 14 days of the invoice date.
- Monthly fees run for at least twelve months and can then be cancelled with one month notice to the end of a month.
- The rights to the result, source code included, pass to you upon payment in full.
- Additional work outside the agreed scope comes as a separate written fixed-price offer, never as billing by time.
- Ongoing costs apply only if you add maintenance; hosting on Cloudflare typically costs under €5 per month, the domain around €15 per year.

No VAT is charged, small business exemption under § 6 Abs 1 Z 27 UStG (Austrian VAT Act). Estimates are non-binding (§ 1170a Abs 2 ABGB, Austrian Civil Code).

Why does a landing page cost €890 and a website €2,400?
The difference is scope, not quality. The landing page is one page with one goal. The company website has up to eight pages, its own service pages with structured data and the complete legal texts.
Do I get WordPress?
Only if you need it. These websites run without a content management system, which means no update obligation and no attack surface. If you want to write posts yourself, WordPress from €1,900 is the better fit.
How long does it take?
About three weeks for the landing page, three to five weeks for the company website, five for a custom build, counted from the day your content is ready. The most common reason for delay is missing copy and photos.
Is the website accessible?
Yes, to WCAG 2.2 AA, checked automatically with axe-core. As micro-enterprises with fewer than ten employees and at most €2 million in annual turnover, many service businesses are exempt from the Barrierefreiheitsgesetz (BaFG), the Austrian act implementing the European Accessibility Act. More people can read and buy from your site either way.
What happens after the handover?
On payment in full the rights to the source code pass to you, and you can switch at any time. If you want, I take over hosting, updates and changes through maintenance from €49 per month, with a minimum term of twelve months.
