An AI agency for companies in Austria
One developer instead of a consulting layer, a fixed price instead of a day rate, and a use case that is defined before anything gets built. For SMEs and startups across Austria, run remotely, based in Carinthia.

Why companies from all over Austria end up here
- Prices are on the page before the first conversation. You know in ten seconds whether we are thinking in the same range, instead of needing three meetings to find out.
- One use case per tier, with a result you can check. Anything that cannot be measured does not get built, and the concept says so.
- The person who builds it is the person you talk to. There is no project manager between the requirement and the implementation passing questions along.
- An assistant that grows is planned, not rebuilt: knowledge base, integrations and logging are kept apart from the start so the second tier does not throw away the first.
Two AI services and the groundwork underneath
An assistant answers questions from your own content; an agent system handles a process from beginning to end. If neither fits, automation without a language model remains, and that is usually the cheaper answer.
- AI assistant for your website
An assistant that knows your company, not half the internet.
from €2,900 + €79 per month
Minimum term: 12 months
- Agent systems with a database
Several AI agents working a business process from start to finish, with a log of every step.
from €4,900
- Custom software and automation
Tools for the one process your standard software does not know about.
from €2,200
No VAT is charged, small business exemption under § 6 Abs 1 Z 27 UStG (Austrian VAT Act).
Four examples of an assistant in use
Examples, not client projects. Each case describes a task of the kind Carinthian businesses actually have, and what an implementation changes about it. Documented work is listed under Work, with names and figures.
| Industry | Problem | Solution | Outcome |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trades | Inquiries from the form, the inbox and the phone sit unsorted in one mailbox. | An assistant assigns each inquiry to a category and asks the missing question straight away. | The morning triage disappears, and unclear cases still go to a person. |
| Retail | The same questions about opening hours, availability and collection keep staff on the phone. | An assistant on the website that answers from your real information and hands over to the form otherwise. | Recurring questions run without a call, and open cases still arrive in writing. |
| Medical practice | Appointments are given out by phone, and callbacks pile up over the day. | Online booking with an assistant that answers questions about duration, directions and paperwork. | Appointments also happen outside opening hours, and callbacks stay the exception. |
| Tourism | Guests write in German and English, mostly in the evening after closing time. | A bilingual assistant built from your own content, handing over to the contact form. | Answers are there immediately in both languages, from your own information rather than the open internet. |

Based in Carinthia, serving Austria
Bleier Solutions is based in Klagenfurt am Wörthersee and works for companies across the whole country. Carinthia is the location and the reference region: the examples on this page come from the kinds of businesses found here, and the pages for Klagenfurt and Villach show what working together locally looks like.
For an AI project the distance barely matters anyway: requirements, interim builds and handover all run by video and through a reachable preview. An on-site meeting inside Carinthia costs nothing extra, elsewhere by arrangement, and it is rarely what moves a project forward.
Where your data sits
Inputs run through a data processor under a contract per Art 28 GDPR and are not used to train third-party models. The service in use is named in your privacy policy, together with its legal basis and retention period, not merely as a general note.
Applications and databases run on infrastructure inside the EU, and on your own server on request. Personal data is not written into plain-text logs, and deletion periods are fixed in the concept. Anyone processing health, legal or HR data settles that point before the start rather than after it.
Common questions about working together
What does an AI project cost in Austria?
An AI assistant starts at €2,900 one-off plus €79 per month for operation and model costs; the tier with a booking or inventory integration starts at €4,400 plus €149 per month. An agent system with its own database starts at €4,900, and automation without a language model at €2,200. All amounts are net as a small business, with a minimum term of twelve months on any monthly fee.
Do you work outside Carinthia?
Yes, all over Austria. The process is run entirely remotely: a first call by video, interim builds as a reachable preview, handover by screen share. For Vienna, Graz or Innsbruck the price does not change, because no travel is priced in.
We are a startup and growing fast. Does this scale?
Up to the point where your own engineering team is cheaper, yes. Knowledge base, integrations and logging are built separately so a second tier does not throw away the first, and the source code is yours with full payment. If the work is taken in house, I hand over code, documentation and access in full.
What if the use case does not pay off?
Then the concept says so and the project does not happen. From around ten recurring cases a week automation usually pays off, below that rarely. I run that calculation with your actual case volume before any quote is written.
How is this different from a large agency?
By size, in both directions. You get one person doing the concept, the code and the operation, and in exchange no round-the-clock standby and no team running three projects at once. For a well-scoped use case that is the faster route; for a programme with ten stakeholders it is the wrong choice.
Discuss a use case
Describe in a few lines the task that keeps coming back. You get an assessment with a price range and a duration, even if it says the effort is not worth it.
